PlataCruz S.R.L. (hereinafter, "PlataCruz", "we" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its web platform platacruz.com. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic, its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001, and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We exclusively collect data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: full name, email address, and the content of the message you send us. Additionally, our server records technical browsing data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, and accepted cookies. We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Article 2 of Law 25,326.
3. Purpose of data processing
We use the collected data to: (a) respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form; (b) improve the quality and content of our educational portal; (c) generate anonymous traffic and site usage statistics; (d) comply with legal obligations and requirements from competent authorities. We do not use personal data for direct marketing activities, commercial profiling, nor share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is carried out based on the free, express, and informed consent of the data subject (Art. 5, Law 25,326), granted by completing and submitting the contact form. For technical browsing data, processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and functionality of the website.
5. Data retention period
Personal data from the contact form is retained for a maximum period of 12 months from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Technical browsing records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Upon expiration of these periods, data is securely and irreversibly deleted.
6. Rights of the data subject
Under Law 25,326 and current regulations, you have the right to: (a) access your personal data and learn how we process it; (b) request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) request deletion or confidentiality of your data when no longer necessary for the original purpose; (d) object to the processing of your data under certain circumstances. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to contacto@platacruz.com with the subject "Exercise of ARCO rights", indicating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 10 business days in accordance with current regulations.
7. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. This includes encryption of transmissions (HTTPS/TLS), internal access controls, and periodic security reviews. However, no transmission or storage system is absolutely secure, so we cannot guarantee total information security.
8. International data transfers
Our website may use hosting and analytics services whose servers are located outside the Argentine Republic. In these cases, we ensure that providers comply with adequate data protection standards, in accordance with DNPDP Provision 60-E/2016 and related regulations.
